⛔ Platform Downtime: The platform will be unavailable for up to 1 hour during the migration window. All services, including data submission, API integrations, and dashboards, will be temporarily inaccessible.
📊 Reporting Delay: After the upgrade, our analytics and reporting systems will undergo a full data warehouse resync. Reporting may be stale/delayed up to 24–36 hours following the upgrade.
